What is our Estate Planning process?
We work together to make sure the planning process is collaborative and efficient. The process generally takes 2-4 weeks but can be completed sooner. Step 1 – Introduction Meeting where we figure out what plan works best for your particular situation. Step 2 – Design Meeting where we discuss the specifics of your estate plan based on information you have provided. Step 3 – Review Meeting to review the documents and implement any changes –Step 4 – Signing Meeting where you’ll sign your documents with the proper legal formalities.
How much will Estate Planning cost me?
Estate planning is not one size fits all and we work diligently to craft your estate plan to fit your family, assets and goals. We offer flat fee pricing that is provided during our Introduction Meeting. Fees are not discussed outside of our the Introduction Meeting.
